Job summary

Americold, a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator in Minnesota. You will securely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts, high-reach lifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related equipment.

The role requires adherence to OSHA safety standards, accurate order fulfillment, and the ability to work overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload freight using proper equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check for damage and infestation.
• Operate equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards (various forklifts and RF scanners).
• Meet production standards while keeping a clean, orderly environment.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, and battery changes as needed.
