Job summary

Americold Marshall, a leader in temperature-controlled logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts and RF scanners.

Under general supervision, you will load/unload freight, stack merchandise, inspect for damage, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting production standards. GED preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using approved forklift equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise; pick and assemble orders; check for damage.
• Operate RF scanners and forklifts in a manner that promotes safety.
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
• Perform other duties such as inventory and pallet maintenance as needed.
