Cold Call Sales Specialist - Online Travel Industry

Location : Remote (Must reside in Nevada, per company policy)

Compensation : $20 / hr base pay + commission

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist to help refine and execute our evolving sales strategy. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, refine sales approaches, and contribute creative ideas to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a rapidly expanding sales team within the online travel industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to potential clients
  • Test and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches to improve effectiveness
  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and contribute ideas to enhance performance
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or comparable CRM)

Required Experience :

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience handling high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Experience :

  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
