Job summary

Stumptown Coffee Roasters is hiring a Cold Brew Machine Operator to manage the end-to-end cold brew process from raw materials to packaging. You will operate the Wild Goose Can line, perform CIP/COP sanitation, and ensure product quality and package integrity. The role requires attention to safety and process discipline.

• Experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
• Passion for coffee and quality.
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the Cold Brew Can line (filler, seamer, case former, case taper) for efficient runs.
• Perform and document CIP/COP procedures and ensure GMPs and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain production logs, batch records, and test results.
• Monitor fill levels, nitrogen levels, seal integrity during packaging.
• Set up line changes and maintenance of brewing/packaging machinery.
• Support safety practices and collaborative team work.
