Job summary

A local manufacturing company in Ohio seeks experienced coil winders. Candidates must have at least 2 years of transformer or motor winding experience and be proficient in reading blueprints. Flexibility in hours (58 hours per week) is required. The ideal candidate is dependable, has good problem-solving skills, and is willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years transformer or motor winding experience required.
  • Highly mechanically inclined.
  • MiG welding experience preferred.

Local manufacturer of low volume custom products is in need of experienced coil winders. The company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members with strong work histories.

Requirements: Successful candidates must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:

· 2+ years transformer or motor winding experience required

· High School Diploma or GED, 2-4 year degree or training preferred but not required.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints

· Good math and problem solving skills

· Highly mechanically inclined

· MiG welding experience preferred but not required

· Knowledge and ability to run and operate supporting equipment such as:

o Winding Machine

o Various hand tools

· Flexible hours with a 58 hour work weeks,10 hours M-F& 8 hour.Saturdays required.

· Punctual and dependable

· Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers

· Open to instruction

· The successful candidate should have a willingness to learn and advance.
