Job summary

Mid-Central Electric is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Winding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role operates high-speed coil winding machines used to produce copper wound coils for medium-voltage control power transformers.

You will set up winding machines according to production requirements, monitor performance, and change wires and insulation as needed while maintaining strict quality standards and safety practices.

Pay Range: $41,500 - $45,500 annually Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and temperature conditions
