Job summary

Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is hiring a 2nd Shift Assembler in Elyria, OH at our Sugar Lane location. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:15pm. You will perform product assemblies for couplers and conduit accessories, use hand and power tools, and read blueprints to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Able to perform assemblies, operate machines, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math; blueprint reading is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs; bend, stand, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform product assemblies for couplers and conduits accessories.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and form products.
• Operate machines to shape and attach products.
• Read blueprints and measurements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities.
• Verify materials based on the bill of materials.
• Complete paperwork for time and case count.
