Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies is seeking a Coiled Tubing Mill Plant Manager to lead the coiled tubing manufacturing facility. The role oversees safety, production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and commercial coordination to meet customer requirements and business goals.

The Plant Manager will partner with commercial, engineering, and finance teams to achieve profitability and sustainable operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Promote world-class safety culture and compliance with HSE policies.
• Direct manufacturing activities including tube machining, heat treatment, NDT, service and spooling, final inspection, and shipment.
• Ensure ISO, API, and customer quality requirements are met and drive scrap reduction.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance and capital projects.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and control costs.
