Job summary

KLX Energy Services is seeking a Coil Supervisor for the Victoria, TX location. You will oversee field service operations, coordinate equipment and procedures, and ensure safety compliance while supporting crews at the wellsite and yard.

The role requires supervising and mentoring staff, strong communication, CDL with X endorsement, Well Control Certificate, and NCCCO Crane Operator License. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office 365 proficiency is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in field supervision.
• Must hold valid Class A CDL with X endorsement and clean driving record.
• Current Well Control Certificate and NCCCO Crane Operator License are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train field service personnel at the wellsite, yard, and other locations.
• Plan and coordinate operations using technical expertise to determine equipment needs and procedures.
• Promote HSE program and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Operate cranes at the wellsite as needed.
• Prepare and deliver job documentation (tickets, reports, forms, JSA).
• Train, coach, and mentor trainees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
