Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education; Work Experience: 2-4 years; Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/Equivalent; Work Experience: 4-6 years; Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years.
• Related Experience: Ability to communicate with both written and verbal forms; Effective leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all personnel and provides technical support for operations at the wellsite, yard, and other locations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Communicates with customer and site representatives, rig crew and field staff.
• Plans and coordinates operations using technical expertise to determine equipment needs and usage.
• Advises customer on procedures and troubleshoots onsite issues.
• Operates equipment onsite and trains personnel on safe operation.
• Promotes HSE program and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conducts pre- and post-job safety meetings and performs inspections and testing of equipment.
