HPS Micron Group LLC, part of the Hammond Power Solutions family, is seeking a Production Operator I in Sterling, IL. You will join the Production Assembly Team to manufacture high‑quality transformers safely and efficiently.

You will use machinist’s scale, tape measures, and dial calipers to verify dimensions, perform quality checks, and assist with routine maintenance while maintaining a clean, organized workspace according to 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools and precision measuring devices.
• Ability to read BOMs and OMS documents.
• Follows safety guidelines and 5S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Produce transformers to standards and timelines.
• Use measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
