Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments to tolerances.
- Reading BOMs and OMS; knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Produce quality transformers according to established standards and timelines.
- Utilize precision tools (winding machines, machinist’s scale, tape measure, dial calipers) to ensure measurements.
- Perform quality checks on finished work and complete tasks within cycle time.
- Monitor equipment for performance and perform preventive maintenance when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and colleagues regarding task status and safety concerns.
- Follow safety protocols, maintain 5S housekeeping, and wear PPE.
