The role requires adherence to safety standards, use of precision measuring tools, and collaboration with colleagues to meet production targets.

Daily responsibilities include measuring parts with a machinist's scale, tape measure, and dial calipers, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, 5S workspace while following

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments to tolerances.
• Able to read BOMs and OMS for production orders.
• Knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English language proficiency for daily operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality transformers according to standards and timelines.
• Use precision tools to verify measurements and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished work and meet cycle time targets.
• Monitor equipment and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace and follow PPE guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates and report safety concerns.
