Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC (SSB) is seeking a manufacturing worker in Grovetown, GA to operate a pocketed coil machine and perform routine maintenance. The role supports a sleep-focused global company with a 150-year heritage and iconic brands like Serta, Beautyrest, Simmons and Tuft & Needle.

You will read and follow instructions in English, handle raw materials, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards and quality.

Competenze

• Must read, write and understand English
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use measuring devices
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Produce pocketed coils according to established work instructions using an ultrasonic coil machine
• Perform prescribed machine maintenance
• Organize and/or stock raw materials in the work area, follow department housekeeping requirements.

How You'll Do It:

• Must stand and walk minimum of 8 hours a day or longer in overtime situations as required
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 100-lbs multiple times per hour during shift to meet customer demands.
• Heavy loads must be team lifted.
• Good organization skills
• Good hand/eye coordination

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to use mechanical measuring devices
• Basic Mechanical skills
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team
