Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) in Grovetown, GA is seeking a dedicated operator to produce pocketed coils on an ultrasonic coil machine. You will also perform routine machine maintenance and ensure materials are organized and available for production.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Produce pocketed coils according to established work instructions using an ultrasonic coil machine
• Perform prescribed machine maintenance
• Organize and/or stock raw materials in the work area, follow department housekeeping requirements.

How You'll Do It:

• Must stand and walk minimum of 8 hours a day or longer in overtime situations as required
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 100-lbs multiple times per hour during shift to meet customer demands.
• Heavy loads must be team lifted.
• Good organization skills
• Good hand/eye coordination
