Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Coil Supervisor for our Longview, TX location. The role oversees field personnel on site, coordinates operations, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during wellsite activities. You will interact with customers, plan tasks, and drive efficient execution.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office 365. CDL and advanced qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related field experience required.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field service personnel on site and ensures safety, efficiency and quality.
• Coordinates operations and plans equipment usage with technical staff.
• Maintains documentation including field tickets and job reports and supports safety meetings.
