Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and maintain coil machinery such as fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press to support production goals.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience with machinery, plus the ability to read OMS and follow quality specifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for production
• Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press
• Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance
• Maintain quality standards and report material shortages
• Keep workstation organized and in proper working order
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
