Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up work area with equipment and tools to assemble coils from fins and hairpins.
• Obtain route sheet and verify information.
• Work from blueprints and supervisor instructions.
• Arrange tables to proper coil length and feed end sheets correctly.
• Assemble coils according to pattern and notify lead for deviations.
• Deburr hairpins and manage scrap to maximize material use.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment; clean work area for next shift.
