Job summary

MNP Corporation is seeking a Line Bander Operator in Michigan to support the Steel and Wire division. The role involves banding and tagging coils, performing quality checks, and completing all relevant paperwork.

You will also assist Hilo drivers and participate in 5S housekeeping, with duties as assigned by supervision. The position requires mechanical aptitude, reliability for training schedules, ability to read instructions, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow job instructions.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift and sit as needed.

Responsibilities

• Band coils for shipment.
• Perform final quality check before coils are moved for shipment.
• Tag coils with proper identification and complete required paperwork.
• Assist Hilo drivers to prepare coils for pickling.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and maintain clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
