Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a banding line operator to oversee the precise packaging of coils on the banding line in a steel manufacturing setting. You will operate automatic banders, follow the production schedule, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include training line helpers, guiding teammates, and maintaining organized work areas while communicating effectively in a noisy environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete for an entire shift.
• Effective communication in a noisy environment required.
• Ability to read gauges and inspect materials accurately.
