Tundra Technical Solutions seeks an experienced ATE Test Development Engineer to support mixed-signal IC validation and production test development using the Cohu DxV platform. You will contribute across multiple programs, drive test coverage, and optimize test methods.

The role requires deep hands-on DxV experience, DIB bring-up, and collaboration with design and validation teams to ensure robust, high-throughput test solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ATE test development focusing on mixed-signal testing.
• Hands-on expertise with the Cohu DxV platform is essential.
• Experience with multi-site, high-throughput test architectures and test program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for mixed-signal ICs.
• Lead test development on Cohu DxV platform (primary workhorse).
• Support validation and production test across programs.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and product engineering teams to ensure coverage and quality.
• Perform characterization, correlation, and yield improvement activities.
• Support test migration between legacy and modern ATE systems.
