We are seeking experienced ATE Test Development Engineers to support mixed-signal IC validation and production test development initiatives. This role will focus on advanced ATE solutions using the Cohu DxV platform, with contributions across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mixed-signal semiconductor testing, deep hands-on experience with Cohu DxV, and the ability to operate across both modern and legacy test systems.
