Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IBM Cognos Administrator / Reporting Developer to support the State of New Mexico's Ad Hoc Reporting initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ad hoc reports primarily within the Claims and Finance modules and supporting reporting requirements for the State's Health Enterprise (HE) environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Cognos reporting/development and administration.
• Hands-on experience developing ad hoc reports using Cognos.
• Strong experience with Cognos reporting for Claims and Finance modules.
• Health Enterprise (HE) experience is required.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with Cognos packages, Framework Manager, reporting studio, and query development.
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare and financial data.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business/state stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with State Medicaid / healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and financial business processes.
• Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, or similar Health Enterprise platforms.
