Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking hands-on professionals to manage deployments and ongoing maintenance for BI environments. The role includes on-call incident handling, troubleshooting, and standard change management across planning analytics servers.

You will support TM1 Planning Analytics, deploy cubes and dashboards, and collaborate with middleware and DB teams to validate server updates. Strong SLA discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BI environments and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of TM1 Planning Analytics and dashboards.
• Proven ability to handle on-call incidents and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy prod environments following SOP and perform weekly/monthly maintenance.
• Handle upgrades and version changes as required.
• Address and troubleshoot application or server issues; monitor services.
• Add users, assign roles, and maintain security rules.
• Collaborate with BI Application Team and Planning Analytics Team for configurations and deployments.
• Provide on-call support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Update knowledge base, train freshers, and coach analysts.
• Aim for high CSAT with First Call Resolution and minimal reopens.

Job description

Deployment and maintenance

Perform deployments in the prod environments following SOP Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, including log cleanup, health checks, and service validations. Handle upgrades and version changes annually or as required

Incident Management

Address and troubleshoot application or server issues Monitor and restart services when necessary Escalate application specific issues to the Business Intelligence application team

User Access Management

Add users, assign roles and maintain security rules Manage user requests for application access and resolve related incidents

BI Application Team

Handle application related configuration and troubleshooting Work with the maintenance team for deployment and change management

Planning Analytics Team

Focus on managing TM1 and planning analytics servers Deploy cubes and maintain dashboards for budgeting and analyticsCollaborate with middleware and DB teams for server updates , maintenance ,and validation

1. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
2. (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
3. (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
4. (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
5. (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
