Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Mindfulness Coach to deliver holistic health and cognitive resilience training to Airmen in the CRW. The role focuses on evidence-based mindfulness techniques to enhance stress management, focus, and decision-making in demanding environments. Required are a psychology/counseling degree with NBCC NCC, 2+ years of experience, U.S.

citizenship, and SECRET clearance. Travel CONUS may be required; salary ranges from $68,000 to $73,000 per year with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in psychology or counseling with NBCC accreditation for NCC.
• Minimum two years of experience in related field.
• U.S. citizenship and SECRET or provisional SECRET clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates mindfulness, stress management, and cognitive resilience training for Airmen.
• Improve mission-ready physical and mental performance and reduce preventable injuries.
• Provide HP guidance tailored to CRW mission sets for high-tempo deployments.
