Job summary

Compass Government Solutions, LLC seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) for the CRAFT program across multiple U.S. bases. You will deliver cognitive training, conduct assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize aircrew readiness.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of cognitive performance experience, CPR/AED certification, and eligibility for Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sport Science with a specialization in Sport Psychology or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in cognitive performance training in high-performance environments.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Secret security clearance (T3 background).
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive performance training aligned with Human Performance curriculum.
• Conduct assessments and recommend strategies to support mission readiness.
• Participate in research and instructional development.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Other related duties as assigned.
