LMR Technical Group seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) at Holloman AFB, NM. The CPS delivers specialized cognitive training, conducts assessments, and helps validate the human performance program within the CRAFT framework.

The role involves planning, execution, and integration of cognitive techniques into broader services. Requirements include a Master’s in a relevant field, 2+ years of cognitive performance training, CPR/AED certification, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sport Science with specialization in Sport Psychology or similar.
• 2+ years of cognitive performance training experience in high-performance environments (military, college/pro sports, aerospace).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Secret security clearance (T3) required; U.S. citizenship required.
• Background information on clearance process provided by DCSA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive performance training aligned with Human Performance curriculum.
• Conduct assessments and recommend strategies to support aircrew mission readiness.
• Participate in research and instructional development.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Other related duties as assigned.
