Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist to join our team at Holloman AFB, NM. The CPS delivers tailored instruction in cognitive enhancement through the CRAFT program, providing training, assessments and education services to optimize aircrew performance.

The role supports planning, execution and validation of the human performance program on site and integrates cognitive techniques into the broader services framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sport Science with a specialization in Sport Psychology.
• 2+ years of experience in cognitive performance training in high‑performance environments such as military, college/professional sports, aerospace, or similar environments.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3) – U.S. citizenship required to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive performance training aligned with Human Performance curriculum.
• Conduct assessments and recommend strategies to support aircrew mission readiness.
• Participate in research and instructional development.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Other related duties as assigned.
