Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) focused on cognitive performance to support Service Members by improving daily life, work, and mission readiness through targeted cognitive interventions.

This role emphasizes cognitive analyses of mission demands, identification of barriers, and evidence-based strategies to enhance attention, working memory, executive control, reaction time, stress resilience, and cognitive recovery; U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required for contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Members by enabling meaningful daily life, work, and mission-related performance.
• Apply occupational analysis to mission demands.
• Identify cognitive barriers impacting readiness.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve attention regulation, working memory, executive control, reaction time, stress resilience, and cognitive recovery.
