Job summary

Maximus seeks a Cognitive Domain Lead to advance brain health initiatives for SOF readiness and performance. You will provide strategic direction and oversee cognitive performance services across programs, integrating with physical, psychological, and family performance domains.

The role requires a strong background in cognitive science, program leadership, and stakeholder collaboration, with US citizenship and a Secret clearance, pending contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of cognitive performance, brain health, neuroscience or related fields.
• Strong strategic planning, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to use data, research and evidence-based practices to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and planning artifacts.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including staffing and control of activities.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and resources.
• Baseline projects, track metrics, and forecast LoE.
• Ensure proper documentation, reviews, and quality assurance.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and coordinate vendor relations.
