Job summary

Maximus is seeking Cognitive Enhancement Practitioners to lead teams and implement cognitive performance programs for SOF personnel. You will deliver evidence-based training in adaptive thinking, sleep, emotion regulation, and neurofeedback to optimize performance in high-stress environments.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility, with home-office readiness and strict security compliance across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in state of practice.
• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field with performance psychology specialization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure adequate staffing for program area.
• Serve as subject matter expert for program knowledge.
• Meet contract and SLA requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities with management.
