Job summary

ADM Cedar Rapids is seeking a Cogen Maintenance Planner to coordinate manpower, parts, and materials for maintenance work. The role focuses on improving productivity and safety by anticipating delays and ensuring clear communication between Production and Maintenance.

The planner will use Maximo and other systems to maintain maintenance records, estimate man-hours, and describe scope to stakeholders. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.
