Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that involved constant interaction with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating at least two people.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of operating policies including cash handling and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Direct and coach team members on beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer customization.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
• Support flexible scheduling and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
