Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience or similar roles.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing store needs.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Attend to store policies, cash handling, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct and coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Interact with customers to meet needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain store safety and security and follow operating policies.
