Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees
• Direct the work of others and learn quickly, with strong oral communication
• Knowledge of the retail environment, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Ensure quality beverages and food according to standards; cash handling and safety
• Coach and delegate tasks to team to meet store policies and standards
