Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring regular customer interaction
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience
• Provide quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more employees
