Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to provide quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse.
• Direct daily store operations to ensure quality beverages, food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
