Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Houston is looking for a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse welcoming for the community.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes, and coach team members to deliver outstanding service during every shift. The role requires building relationships, directing others, and maintaining safe, efficient store practices while adapting to flexible hours, holidays, and peak times.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Meet store policies and standards including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food per recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate two or more staff.
• Coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store safety and security and adhere to cash handling procedures.
