Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure beverages and food meet standards.
• Direct daily store operations and support team members in delivering great customer service.
• Handle cash, ensure store safety and security, and uphold policy compliance.
• Coach and delegate tasks to crew to maintain smooth shifts.
• Foster teamwork and build relationships with customers and staff.
