Job summary

Java Dave’s Coffee Roaster is seeking a Warehouse/Production Assistant to support packing, production, and the shipping of whole bean and ground coffee. The role is labor-intensive, fast-paced, and requires reliability, teamwork, and multitasking in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or assembly experience
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot/cold)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Teamwork and multitasking
• Detail oriented and cleanliness
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible
• Ability to stay focused with repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and feedback

Responsibilities

• Operating coffee packing equipment daily and ensuring quality standards are met
• Assist in the packing, production and shipping fulfillment of whole bean and ground coffee
• Assisting with basic cleaning of packing equipment and systems
• Assisting as needed with packing, labeling, grinding and preparation of shipments and timely order fulfillment
• Repetitive bending and lifting
• Follow Daily special instructions and list of tasks
