Qualifications

• Knowledge about fresh beverages and quality food; keen to learn more.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• A food handler’s card where required by local/state regulations.
• Solid communication skills and basic accounting skills.
• Specialty Coffee: 2+ years in coffee bar management.
• Restaurant: 2+ years in full-service, upscale restaurant management.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support unit success by keeping customers happy, executing store strategy and managing productivity and costs.
