Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support SAP-based solutions across procurement and logistics within the Coffee Operating Unit. You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into functional specs, and document processes to drive improvements and automation.

The role emphasizes data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with IT, vendors, and system integrators, aligning with our supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related roles.
• Foundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domains.
• Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges.
• Create documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Assist in issue resolution and production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integrators.
• Maintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentation.
