The Rally Hotel in Denver is seeking a Coffee Shop Supervisor to help deliver excellent guest service, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and budgets.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews; monitor labor costs and revenue; and lead promotions while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Post high school education plus 2+ years in coffee shop/hospitality.
• 2-3 years of full-time experience in a related role.
• Strong supervision and communication skills among staff.
• Ability to analyze operations and advise on policy.
• Excellent guest service and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and SOPs.
• Physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HR in coffee shop: hire, train, schedule, coach and counsel, conduct performance reviews and resolve issues.
• Oversee coffee shop operations to ensure quality service and compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to improve experiences and drive sales.
• Lead promotions, displays, and ideas to attract in-house guests and local market share.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across outlet areas and equipment; ensure audits pass.
