Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• Two to three full years of full employment in a related position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coffee shop operations to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with policies.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance and payroll aspects.
• Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest feedback to enhance service and drive future sales.
• Implement promotions and displays to attract in-house guests and local market share.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and ensure audits are passed.
