Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the Store Supervisor in running daily operations and coaching team members. You will drive excellent customer service, oversee production, and ensure health and safety standards across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and strong communication, with part-time hours (28 hrs) and a variety of shift times including mornings and evenings. Esteemed by casual yet energetic atmosphere and community presence.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and a clean store environment.
• Communicate procedures and new products to Team Members and Management.
• Be an ambassador for the brand and connect with the local community.
