Da Vien Coffee is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and support the Store/Area Manager. You will drive sales growth, maintain product quality, and develop your team while ensuring a welcoming experience for customers.

The role requires coordinating staffing, training, and supervision, with flexibility to work at any district location and help manage inventory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail/food environment.
• Ability to plan staffing, schedules, and store operations.
• Comfort using standard office tools and SharePoint/M365.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and guide team development during shifts.
• Drive sales growth while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Participate in hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Adjust staff schedules to meet location needs and peak times.
• Attend management meetings and support on-floor operations.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
