Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced store, ensuring quality beverages and food, and delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will coach team members, manage shift operations, and uphold store policies including safety and cash handling. The role requires at least six months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks to the team, and flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities
