Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast-paced restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations during shifts.
• Supervise baristas and kitchen staff, delegate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Open or close the store as assigned, following proper procedures.
• Handle cash register operations, including balancing drawers and daily reporting.
• Assist with training new team members and reinforce company standards.
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
