You will coach partners, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and uphold safety, while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team to brighten every guest's experience.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shift duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Uphold store policies, safety, and security during shifts.
