Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store with craft and heart. You will guide partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and create a welcoming experience for every customer.

The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, and hands-on coaching. You’ll manage schedules, delegate tasks, and uphold store standards while delivering warm, consistent service.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
